Cancellation & Late Policy

  • Please notify me ahead of time if you know you’ll be running late. Clients 20 minutes late or more to their appointment will be required to reschedule.

  • No shows (20 minutes Late or more) and same-day cancellations will incur 100% of the total service fee.

  • appointments canceled 48 hours prior to service will not be charged.

  • Cancellations 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment will incur 50% of the service fee.


COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:

It is recommended that clients wait outside the salon in their vehicle until the stylist is ready to serve them. I am allowing two persons within the same family to enter the space. masks and hand sanitizer will be provided before service, however, it is asked that all clients enter the building wearing a mask. At this tie, all clients must book online. Your health is of utmost priority. thank you for your cooperation.
